Job purpose
Nixxis Vietnam - our second business is a leading software company providing call center and contact center solutions, is seeking a Business Development Manager to identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and manage relationships with clients and partners, and increase revenue and profitability. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a track record of increasing sales revenue. It is a big plus if you have a strong background in the call center and contact center industry.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective strategies for generating new business opportunities, including identifying potential clients and partners, building relationships, and preparing proposals and pitches.
- Work closely with the Marketing teams in Vietnam and Belgium to develop and execute effective marketing strategies and campaigns to increase revenue and profitability.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Nixxis Vietnam's product offerings and competitive landscape.
- Negotiate and close deals, managing the entire sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with existing clients to ensure maximum satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct research to identify market trends and client needs, and develop effective strategies for meeting those needs.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to meet client expectations and maximize profitability.
- Build and train the Sales staff whenever required.
Your Skills and Experience
- Proficient in English and Vietnamese (both verbal and written communication skills)
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales in software industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience managing project budgets, timelines, and resources.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software like Zoho.
- Nice to have: Strong understanding of call center and contact center solutions, including software, hardware, and other relevant technologies.
