Meet the BigIn leadership team

Each of the eight owns one part of how BigIn works, from scoping and design to engineering, AI and the story we tell.

Long Van
CEO & Founder
Long founded BigIn in 2016 and leads it as CEO. He has spent more than 12 years leading technology teams and building SaaS products across several industries, much of it with international teams.
He represents BigIn to clients and partners and sets how the company brings new technology into client products.
Minh Truong
Technical Director
Minh is BigIn's Technical Director. He builds and runs the development teams and leads technical operations and product development.
His focus is choosing technology that fits a product's budget as well as its roadmap. More than 7 years in the software industry.
Tam Mai
Head of AI-Driven Development
Tam leads AI-driven development at BigIn: the architecture, the core frameworks and the tooling developers build with every day, and the work of proving how much a small, senior team can ship with AI. He came to software from cybersecurity, working for government organizations, and then as a senior web developer. He works side by side with the design and engineering teams.
Nam Pham
Head of Business Analysis
Nam leads business analysis at BigIn and is the bridge between clients and the development team. He has been the lead BA on many of BigIn's projects, across outsourcing and product work, and his team stays involved from scoping to release. More than 6 years in the software industry.
Duy Duong
Head of Engineering
Duy leads engineering at BigIn. A full-stack developer with more than 8 years in .NET, he builds the core framework each new project starts on, sets up continuous integration with GitLab CI, and designs microservice architectures that can scale later. He also trains developers in object-oriented analysis and design, database design and design patterns.
Danh Nguyen
Head of Design (UI/UX)
Danh leads design at BigIn and sets the bar for design quality on every project. He came to the role from product leadership as a Chief Product Officer, with more than 7 years in design, and built his own design system, which adapts to each client's product.
Quang Tran
Head of Marketing
Quang leads how BigIn tells its own story: positioning, case studies, the blog, and the search presence that brings in new clients. He works closely with design and business analysis so that what the company promises matches what the team delivers.
Tung Le
Tung Le
Head of Product Engineering
Tung leads product engineering at BigIn, where a delivery team's habits decide whether a product survives its second year. He owns the review and release practice that keeps projects shippable, the starting frameworks they share, and the technical decisions that are cheaper to make once than to unpick later. He works with the engineering and business analysis leads so that what gets built matches what was scoped.
