We run projects in short Scrum sprints. Each sprint ends with working software you can review, and your feedback shapes the next one. Small teams own their part and integrate often, so the whole product stays visible as it grows.
Inside each sprint, AI does the groundwork: research synthesized in hours during planning, design options explored in parallel, tests generated from the spec, release checks written from the diff. Engineers review every draft and make every decision.

Long has spent more than 12 years leading technology teams and building SaaS products across several industries, much of it with international teams.
As CEO, he represents BigIn to clients and partners and sets the company's direction on bringing new technology into client products.
Minh Truong
Technical Director
Minh has more than 7 years in the software industry. At BigIn he builds and runs the development teams and leads technical operations and product development.
His focus is choosing technology that fits a product's budget as well as its roadmap.
